Receptionist/Administration Assistant
Job Description:Fleetwood Australia is a construction company that operates in the Australian market. At Fleetwood Australia, we provide quality and affordable housing through our Osprey Village project. This housing estate is owned by the Western Australian Housing Authority and consists of 295 homes set over 10 hectares with extensive landscaping and community open space.
As a Receptionist/Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative and reception support, handling calls, emails, mail, reports and enquiries. You will deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents, stakeholders and visitors.
The role also involves managing community house bookings, housekeeping and ensuring office/reception areas remain presentable. You will oversee tenancy processes, including rental receipting, bond management, tenant applications and related documentation.
You will operate RMS Property Management System and Payway banking system to maintain accurate tenant/property records and process payments. Additionally, you will coordinate tenant maintenance requests and liaise with internal Fleetwood staff to ensure efficient workflows.
In this role, you will prepare tenant packs, marketing material and support broader community engagement activities. You will undertake other administrative tasks and office support duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in a clerical/administrative role
- Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Intermediate clerical and administrative skills
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Intermediate knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs
