About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in the Northern Territory. As a key member of our Integrated Centralised Referral and Assessment Service (ICRAS) team, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and intake officers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of clinicians and intake officers to deliver high-quality mental health intake, assessment, triage, and referral services.
  • Ensure that individuals seeking support are referred to a service that is appropriate to their needs and consistent with the 'stepped care' approach.
  • Guide the delivery of mental health services that meet the needs of individuals in the community.
Requirements
  • Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or a Social Worker with membership with the Australian Association of Social Worker (AASW).
  • A valid Working with Children Card (for Social Workers/Non AHPRA profession).
  • A valid Australian Driver's licence.
What We Offer
  • Salary range $106,427 – $123,243.
  • Up to $3,500 for relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
  • Eligible for education grants through NT PHN.
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 annually.
  • Permanent part-time (0.6 FTE) position.
  • Flexible work-life balance.
