Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Youth Mental Health Specialist to join our team as a Clinical Educator. This is a part-time position working 4 days a week in Katherine. The successful candidate will have expertise in clinical mental health interventions and education.
About the RoleThe Clinical Educator will be responsible for building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making, and managing change effectively. They will also develop and sustain relationships with Universities and Training Providers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Approved tertiary qualification (Allied Health) and 5 years' experience in a mental health-related discipline
- Registration with the relevant regulatory body such as AHPRA or membership of and adherence to professional standards, for example AASW for social workers
- Significant project management capabilities and the aptitude to lead reforms, contemporary practices, and change management
- Ability to research, analyse information and produce quality reports/ proposals and track deliverables if required
- Experience in planning, facilitation, and training, with the ability to lead planning sessions, conduct in-services and workshop training and reflective practice sessions
- A passion for youth mental health, in particular working with young Aboriginal people and their families, and keen interest in improving service, access, and cultural safety of primary youth services
The Northern Territory PHN offers a range of benefits, including a salary range of $100,000 – $109,999, up to $7000 for relocation assistance, eligibility for scholarship and bursary grants through NT PHN, 5 weeks annual leave, and salary packaging up to $15,900 annually.
The estimated salary for this role is $104,499.
