Public Area Attendant Position

The role of a Public Area Attendant involves maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of assigned areas to hotel standards.

This position requires a high level of physical mobility, with frequent walking and lifting of heavy objects. A strong, healthy, and fit individual with a passion for hospitality is ideal for this position.

As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained. This includes adhering to hotel handbook guidelines for presentation, grooming, and punctuality.

You will also develop and maintain cohesive working relationships with the housekeeping team and wider resort operation.

The Public Area Attendant position requires providing a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, following hotel standards of performance. Additionally, performing other duties as required by the Housekeeping Manager or designate is necessary.

To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills and housekeeping experience. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards is essential.
