The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative style, and strong relationship building capability. They will be responsible for providing operational leadership in Workforce Development and Employee Engagement strategies across the Organisation.
- Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of best practice processes in Workforce Development, maintaining a strong focus on employee engagement and workforce capability.
- Contribute to the embedding of Chisholm's Professional Development Framework ensuring it is clearly articulated in all related communications.
- Organise and deliver Workforce Development and Employee Engagement programs aligned with the People Plan and annual organisational professional development plan.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree qualification in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, Change Management, or relevant discipline.
