ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Workplace Development Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:
- Provide operational leadership in Workforce Development and Employee Engagement strategies to the broader People Culture & Safety Team and the wider business, providing tailored solutions where needed.
- Lead the implementation of best practice processes in Workforce Development across the Organisation, maintaining a strong focus on employee engagement and workforce capability.
- Contribute to the embedding of Chisholm's Professional Development Framework ensuring this is clearly articulated in all related communications.
- Organise and deliver Workforce Development and Employee Engagement programs in response to and aligned with, the People Plan and annual organisational professional development plan.
- Contribute to internal engagement surveys as directed, collecting, analysing and delivering follow on programs to reinforce the value of employee response and action.
- Support and promote Chisholm's organisational and local Reward and Recognition Programs including helping manage and organise the related celebratory events.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and people leaders in relation to the annual Performance and Development Review Process managed through the online platform.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with a collaborative style and strong relationship building capability.
Qualifications required for the role:
- Degree qualification in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, Change Management, or relevant discipline.
