Job Overview

We're looking for experienced tax professionals to join our team as an integral part of our operations, overseeing taxation services for allocated corporate clients.

This role involves collaborating with the leadership team to coordinate and manage day-to-day operations, corporate income tax compliance, and tax accounting calculations.

Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs, while supporting senior team members in complex tax engagements.

As a key point of contact for clients, you'll work closely with specialist teams in bringing expertise to corporate clients, including international tax and transfer pricing, tax controversy, and transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to coordinate and manage taxation services for allocated corporate clients.
  • Deliver comprehensive corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs.
  • Support senior team members in complex tax engagements, including ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes.
  • Be a key point of contact for clients, requiring collaboration with specialist teams.
Key Skills and Attributes

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Detailed knowledge and experience with the Australian taxation system, acquired through work in a professional services firm or a comparable industry role.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in leading direct engagements with clients on substantive tax matters.
  • A CA qualification or equivalent, or have completed other postgraduate studies, such as Tax Masters, with technical knowledge of IFRS and Tax Accounting considered an advantage.
