Senior Corporate Tax Manager

A senior corporate tax professional is needed to join our team and lead the management of complex corporate tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing client engagements and leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Providing expert tax advisory on corporate restructures, international tax matters, and employee share schemes.
- Reviewing tax effect accounting calculations and preparing tax notes for listed and large private clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Commerce or relevant qualification, CA or CPA certification, and at least 7 years of experience in corporate tax within a professional services environment. You must be technically proficient and able to keep up-to-date with Australian corporate tax legislation, ATO guidance, and international tax developments.
