Health Insurance Portfolio Lead

We're seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of our health insurance product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong record of leading successful initiatives and be able to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Drive end-to-end product initiatives from concept through launch and optimisation.
- Manage the product backlog, balancing strategic impact and execution feasibility.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver great outcomes for the business.
- Leverage insights to validate direction and continuously improve performance.
- Own key success metrics like conversion and engagement to ensure impact.
What You Bring
- 4+ years' experience in product management or delivery.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally across business units.
- Experience in contact centre environments or health insurance comparison is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of the Australian healthcare system, including public and private health insurance.
- Comfortable working across multiple agile projects with a focus on timely, high-quality delivery.
