We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to join our team in delivering exceptional care to residents in our residential aged care home.

  • As a key member of the care team, you will provide individualized and person-centred nursing care to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care, providing coaching, supervision and guidance as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults, with a strong commitment to their well-being and dignity.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • A thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards, including AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience in caring for older adults, particularly those with age-related health issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
