About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of home care workers. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality in-home care and assistance to valued clients in the Riverina and Central West.

You will need to be friendly, positive, and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect.

Your role will involve assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties, as well as supporting them with daily errands, companionship, and other activities.

Certification Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent (essential)
  • National Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • Drivers Licence
  • First Aid CPR Certificate (Valid within last 12 months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Working within a person-centred environment that respects the rights and needs of each client
  • Assisting clients with daily tasks and promoting their independence
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Observing and reporting any changes in client health and wellbeing
  • Responding to emergency situations
