Job Overview

The Renewals Manager role at a global leader in AI for cybersecurity involves working with a portfolio of existing customers to ensure timely renewals and drive customer retention.

This position requires collaboration with the Customer Success team to understand upcoming renewals and assess risk, developing mitigation plans for uncertain and at-risk deals.

The ideal candidate will identify, nurture, and negotiate upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning our suite of products to customers' evolving use cases and needs.

Delivering accurate renewal and expansion forecasts is crucial to this role, as is ensuring that renewal notes are updated correctly and contract requests are reviewed properly.

Serving as a commercial resource to customers on renewal proposal calls and mentoring junior team members are also key responsibilities.


Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a role that encompasses Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, Client Service, or Consulting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior business professionals across every industry vertical.
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking technology (preferable) and a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
  • Strong time management skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing circumstances.
