Quality Assurance Specialist Role

Drive quality excellence through investigation, analysis, and improvement.

This position empowers professionals to shape the future of industries by providing a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants, and coatings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality investigations and drive root cause analysis to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.
  • Support operations with technical guidance on batch disposition, quality control training, and process optimization.
  • Manage customer and supplier quality processes, including complaints, audits, APQP, PPAP, and NCMRs.
  • Develop and maintain quality systems and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive quality performance metrics to improve FTQ, reduce complaints, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
  • 4+ years in a manufacturing environment with quality or technical experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Understanding of industry standards and practical application in the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Control Plans, PFMEA, and Flow Chart development.
