Effective leadership in quality assurance is essential to drive excellence and customer satisfaction. A skilled Quality Assurance Manager must develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive program that encompasses all aspects of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a robust quality management system that aligns with industry regulations and standards
  • Oversee regular audits of commercial kitchen components and food production processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures that are transparent, efficient, and effective
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance product quality
  • Investigate customer feedback and product quality issues to drive corrective and preventive actions
  • Stay current with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure the company remains compliant
  • Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet quality objectives

Qualification Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food quality assurance, preferably in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and a passion for driving excellence
