Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to provide clinical support for surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical assistance during surgeries in the operating theatre
  • Built strong working relationships with key surgeons and their teams through training, education, and case support
  • Evaluate and ensure that all surgical cases have the necessary equipment, tools, and resources as per customer requirements
  • Deliver regular in-services on instrument sets to operating room and central sterilisation department staff
  • Participate in an on-call roster for after-hours and weekend support
Requirements:
  • A background in nursing, physiotherapy, or chiropractic is preferred but not essential
  • A tertiary education in a related medical field such as physiotherapy, paramedicine, biomedical engineering, science (anatomy), or nursing is ideal
  • Experience working in an operating theatre environment is preferred
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability, with the ability to work autonomously or in a team and provide exceptional customer service
  • A valid driver's license and flexibility to travel within Victoria
