Job Title: Surgical Technology Specialist

A highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technology Specialist is sought to join our team to advance orthopaedic surgery through cutting-edge robotic technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical guidance and expertise in theatre settings.
  • Collaborating with surgical teams for optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
  • Assisting with pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation for case preparation.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
  • Delivering training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
  • Traveling across Sydney and surrounding areas to multiple hospital sites.
Requirements:

This role suits professionals with strong clinical backgrounds and a passion for surgical innovation.

  • Orthopaedic clinical support or related experience.
  • Biomedical science/engineering, medical device experience, or allied health roles.
