About This Role- We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in managing liability claims, either within the insurance industry or in a legal position.
- A successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective claims administration and a history of providing high-quality customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
Your Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims, delivering client-focused solutions, and working closely with key stakeholders to achieve optimum claims resolution.
- This role involves building effective relationships with appointed legal service providers, negotiating, mediating, and resolving claims in a timely manner.
- You will also be responsible for raising reserves, settling claims, and escalating matters as necessary.
