Our services span disability and NDIS support, children's services, youth services, aged home care, veterans' care, and community nursing.
- Deliver direct care and support to individuals with varied abilities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties.
- Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.
- Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.

Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement.
- Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers).
- Valid unrestricted driver's license.
- Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings.
- Background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care etc.
