Compassionate Home Support Worker

This role is ideal for a dedicated and compassionate individual who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of older Australians.
You will work as part of a collaborative team, providing essential support to help our clients live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleaning, meal preparation, and housekeeping to maintain safe and welcoming living environments
- Providing friendly social support and transport to appointments, shopping or community outings
- Observing and reporting changes – ensuring care plans are up-to-date, keeping accurate records, and reporting health changes to the team
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- A comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes (reimbursement of expenses provided)
- Competent in the use of a smartphone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
