About the Role- Provide ongoing support to customers based on individual needs
- Enhance long-term and sustainable employment opportunities
- Facilitate training and development programs
In this role, you will require an understanding of the challenges faced by customers with disabilities when commencing new employment. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with both customers and employers.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and conflict resolution skills. They will also be able to work autonomously and manage their time effectively.
Requirements- People person
- Sales/customer service background
- Ability to build trust and rapport
- Disability or DES experience advantageous

- 12 weeks paid parental leave
