Responsibilities- Empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment by meeting targets and providing tailored guidance, coaching, job placement, and ongoing support.
- Understand the unique employment needs of clients and collaborate with employers to bridge talent and opportunity.
- Maintain commitment to engaging with job seekers and employers to drive successful outcomes.
- Experience within the Employment Services industry is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment.
- Proven success within target-driven environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; coaching, mentoring, and case management experience are desirable.
- Problem-solving, goal-setting abilities, and a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
- Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks.
- Adaptability and resilience to navigate diverse needs of job seekers and employers.
- A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement.
- Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role.
