**Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance Professional
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a facilities maintenance professional. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various areas within a facility.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and hygienic at all times.
- Floors and Surfaces: Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, staircases, and surfaces.
- Additional Tasks: Bio-cleaning may also be required at times.
- Have a reliable vehicle and a full Driver's License.
- Be physically fit, able to kneel, lift, perform the required duties, and stand for 4 hours or more.
- Provide a recent National Police Check (under 6 months) and a valid Working with Children Card.
- Successfully pass a medical assessment, as well as random drug and alcohol tests.
