Key Responsibilities

In the role of Marketing and Proposals Lead, you will oversee and manage the bid process from initiation to completion.

Your responsibilities will include assessing potential risks related to bids and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and client requirements.

You will collaborate with internal resources to drive successful outcomes and lead digital marketing efforts, including social media management, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising to enhance the company's digital presence.

Additionally, you will supervise the graphic design team, ensuring that submission branding, layout, and formatting adhere to high standards.



Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in commercial projects, particularly within the building, engineering, or architectural industries, will be highly regarded.

You should demonstrate the ability to cultivate and maintain positive client relationships while ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality service.

Moreover, you must be capable of understanding, applying, analyzing, and evaluating information obtained through observation, reasoning, or communication. Proven experience in leading and coordinating proposal development and submission is essential.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders are crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, are required.
