About Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to join our Wills and Estates team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to create comprehensive estate plans, navigate complex probate proceedings, and resolve disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in creating comprehensive estate plans, drafting wills, and navigating probate proceedings
  • Work with clients to resolve complex estate disputes
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience as a Solicitor
  • Proven experience in Wills and Estates law, including administration of deceased estates and preparation of estate planning documents
  • An ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
