About the Role

Our team offers a comprehensive estate planning service, crafting over 13,000 legally compliant documents annually. This includes Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents. Our clients can plan ahead and document their wishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We undertake pre-appointment and post-appointment tasks to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Members assist with local community engagement events to boost brand awareness and maintain contemporary service delivery through face-to-face and video conferencing.
  • We manage high work outputs and competing demands to generate favorable customer outcomes while balancing consistency in service delivery across a large geographic area.
  • Drafting and executing legally compliant documents, along with coordinating logistics for Plan Ahead Days and community activities, is an essential part of this role.
  • The services we deliver align with NSW Trustee and Guardian's Customer Excellence Principles and contribute to team performance.
Essential Requirements:
  • A current driver licence and ability to travel across NSW as required.
  • The willingness to obtain accreditation in Will making, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents (training provided).
  • Willingness to have phone calls and team email accounts monitored for quality assurance and training purposes, and to participate in one-to-one review sessions for calls and emails.
  • Availability to work after hours and weekends as required and in particular circumstances.
  • Commitment to working five days per week at our Newcastle office.

The Estate Planning and Administration division delivers commercial services in Will making, trustee, attorney, and administrator/executor roles for deceased estates.
