Aircraft Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our aircraft maintenance operations. This pivotal role is responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a positive workplace culture, and upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.

About you:

Essential qualifications & experience:

  • Proven management and leadership experience in an aircraft engineering and maintenance facility.
  • Experience leading a CASA Part 145 organisation is preferred.
  • Must meet CASA 'Fit and Proper Person' criteria and hold the necessary qualifications for Key Personnel Airworthiness responsibilities under CAR 30 and Part 145.
  • Deep knowledge of CASA regulations and aviation safety standards relevant to CAR 30, Part 42, and Part 145.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing all engineering functions related to aircraft maintenance, ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements, CASA regulations, and procedures.
