Job Summary

We seek an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Planner to oversee fleet maintenance. The role involves developing comprehensive maintenance plans, coordinating with international suppliers, and managing operational efficiencies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Planning: Create short-term and long-term maintenance schedules for aircraft components.
  • Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with international MRO suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination of heavy maintenance events.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to maintenance regulations and agreements, monitor key performance indicators, and generate regular reports.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Maintain and update the fleet maintenance planning matrix and long-term forecasts.
  • Investigations and Improvements: Review and report on aircraft defects identified during heavy maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 2 years in a related role within Civil Aircraft maintenance.
  • Proven ability to create strategic plans, lead teams, and handle complex maintenance tasks.
  • In-depth understanding of aircraft operated by the airline, maintenance regulations, and industry standards.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills essential.
