As Store Manager, you will be dynamic and experienced, passionate about the hair and beauty industry and ready to establish this new Hairhouse store as a leader in exceptional customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring your team to provide exceptional customer service
  • Driving sales and meeting targets while ensuring the store operates efficiently
  • Overseeing stock levels, ordering and inventory management to keep the store well-stocked and organized
  • Creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for customers, offering personalized, expert advice and exceptional service
  • Recruiting, training and building a passionate and knowledgeable team who set the bar for health and beauty service
  • Collaborating on in-store promotions, events and community activities to engage and retain customers
  • Ensuring the store is visually appealing with well-organized, exciting displays and product presentations

We are looking for a Store Manager with proven experience in the hair, beauty, retail or fashion industry. You will have strong leadership and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results.
