Marketing Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team as a Marketing Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing campaigns and processes.

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be the key coordinator behind our marketing machine. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Streamlining marketing workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with impact
  • Overseeing campaign operations, content calendars, and team utilisation while supporting creative ideation and execution
  • Optimising marketing platforms, reporting dashboards, and vendor relationships to ensure we're always improving
  • Building strong relationships with teams such as Talent and Operational Leaders to understand their needs and tailor campaigns accordingly

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with team leadership
  • Proven success across paid search, social, email, web, and creative campaigns
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, GA4, and more
  • A knack for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
