Ravenswood is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to provide administrative support and operational expertise to our marketing department. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support event planning, implementation, and onsite engagement activities
  • Assist with event communication and donor administration
  • Process invoices and manage new suppliers
  • Reconcile credit card statements
  • Take meeting minutes as needed
  • Update marketing calendars and community databases
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF
