Warehouse Storeperson Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Warehouse Storeperson. This is a key role within our warehouse team, responsible for the efficient dispatching and receiving of orders, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the dispatching and receiving of orders in a timely manner to ensure seamless delivery to customers.

  • Provide excellent customer service through verbal and written communication to build trust and foster strong relationships with clients.

  • Work effectively in a collaborative team environment to achieve business objectives and drive results.

  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and security policies and procedures at all times.

  • Prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual with outstanding customer service and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Current Forklift, Drivers, and Pickers Licence (preferably held).
