Warehouse Operations Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer service-oriented individual to join our warehouse team.

The successful candidate will efficiently move goods within and outside the warehouse environment, ensure accurate documentation, labelling, palletisation and presentation of products, and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment daily.

  • Maintain inventory procedures and Occupational Health and Safety standards methodically.
  • Process Returns Merchandise Authorisations after inspecting stock for customer credits.
  • Organise stock neatly on racks.
  • Inspect returned stock.
  • Prepare stock for return to suppliers (credit claims).
  • Adjust stock within Warehouse Management System as required.
  • Perform cyclic stock counts as needed.
  • Investigate nil-stock items.
  • Assist with stocktakes and preparations.
  • Conduct daily inspections of plant and equipment using QR codes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Valid licenses for forklift (FL) and order picker (LO).
  • Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety practices regarding equipment movement.

Working Hours

Fortnightly split shifts: Week 1 - 5am to 1pm, Week 2 - 10am to 6pm.
