About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Assistant to join our Global Operations Team at White & Case LLP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients and internal teams
  • Ensure the facilities are always immaculate and meeting rooms and communal staff areas are clean, tidy, and set up ready for use
  • Coordinate video conference and conference call set up
  • Order, maintain, and restock office supplies
  • Assist with general office administration and other ad hoc requests as required
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven working experience in a hospitality/customer service role
  • Barista license (preferred)
  • RSA (preferred)
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
  • Ability to be flexible and work overtime for special program events
