Innovative Learning Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and caring Teaching Strategist to join our team. The role involves delivering innovative teaching programs that meet the specific learning needs of students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing teaching activities that incorporate differentiated strategies, providing flexible support to cater for individual students, and using effective assessment methods to track and report on student progress.
- Design and implement teaching programs that promote quality learning every day, in every experience, for every learner.
- Develop and deliver professional development activities that enhance teacher skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement specialist educational programs.
- Mastery of Special Education or equivalent qualification in supporting highly able students.
- Experience working with children with individual learning needs.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
