  • Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients

  • Building long-term pipelines for New Business growth
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • An organised and efficient mindset
  • A client focus and natural communication style
  • Proven experience in document preparation with high attention to detail
  • Tier 1 Insurance broking qualification
  • Good relationship management
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to work in a high pressured environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
