Transforming Technology Risk Management with a Proactive Specialist

Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technology Risk Specialist to join our IT Governance & Transformation team in North Sydney. This is a permanent full-time role, offering an excellent work-life balance through our flexible hybrid model.

  • You will assess and monitor technology risks, ensuring alignment with compliance frameworks and standards
  • You will maintain the technology risk register and lead the development of mitigation plans
  • You will ensure adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements, managing audits and reviews
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to embed risk-aware practices and enhance risk maturity across technology functions
  • You will support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to technology risk
Requirements
  • You will have at least 5+ years' experience in technology risk, IT audit, or compliance roles within complex environments
  • You will possess a strong understanding of IT governance, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ICIF, ISO 27001)
  • You will demonstrate expertise in risk profiling, audit response, and control management
  • You will have the ability to influence stakeholders and drive compliance across diverse teams
