Senior Enterprise Risk Manager

This role oversees and governs the management of Council's enterprise risk, ensuring a balanced approach to mitigating risks.
- Lead internal audits and collaborate with the Audit Committee for enhanced risk oversight.
- Implement Council's Enterprise Risk Framework, utilising data-driven insights to identify, mitigate and manage risks.
- Strategically manage Council's insurance portfolio and foster an organisational culture adept at managing risk principles.
To succeed in this position, you will hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or possess significant experience in Enterprise Risk Management and/or Insurance. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
