SalaryThe salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleThe Education Policy, Research and Evaluation team is responsible for undertaking educational research and evaluation across all aspects of physician training.
This role will lead the design and delivery of the education renewal research and evaluation strategy, managing projects and operations in accordance with frameworks and policies.
- Refresh and implement the RACP's educational renewal research and evaluation strategy
- Manage and conduct qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation, preparing grant applications
- Contribute to external and internal publications and presentations
- Build research and evaluation capacity and collaboration across stakeholder groups
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in research and program evaluation design and data analysis
- Project management and coordination skills
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team in a complex environment
- Extensive knowledge of research methods and evaluation principles
- Experience in research projects related to education
