Disabilities Services Officer - Support Specialist

Full Time, Healthcare & Medical
F.R.I.E.N.D.S. HOME CARE NURSING SERVICE PTY. LTD. is seeking a Disabilities Services Officer - Support Specialist to join their team in a full time role working 38 hours per week.

  • Assessing clients' needs and finding resources to support them.
  • Supporting people with disabilities by identifying their needs and creating plans to help them.
  • Talk to clients to understand their challenges and track their progress.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant diploma or higher with a specialisation in disability services with 2 years relevant post qualification experience or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.

A salary of $80,000 plus super per year will be offered to the successful candidate.
