About the Role

We are seeking passionate, newly registered Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic multidisciplinary Disability Services team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from paediatrics to geriatrics, with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial disabilities. You will deliver flexible, impactful care in a holistic and client-centred way, working in clients' homes, community settings, or from our office spaces.

  • You will receive continual ongoing support from our friendly Senior Occupational Therapists and Clinical Supervisors to help you settle in, grow, and thrive.
  • You will attend monthly 'communities of practice' where you will connect and build lasting relationships with our Disability teams across NSW and SA, sharing practice knowledge, troubleshooting, and brainstorming how we can continuously improve our services and celebrate our wins.
