This role involves providing expert guidance to support informed decision making on customer identity policies, legislation and systems. Key responsibilities include:

Assisting Internal Audit with audits and investigations of suspected identity crimes.

Providing advice on customer identity policy solutions consistent with departmental strategic directions.

Conducting research, analysing data and trends to inform policy decisions.

Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including team members and clients.

Preparing reports, correspondence and other documentation.

Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and contributing to a safe and healthy workplace.

This position reports to the Principal Advisor (Identity Management).
