Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platform built on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Azure-native CIAM solutions covering custom policies, API Management, Cosmos DB, and delegated authority patterns.
  • Oversee the integration of identity services with legacy systems and ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solution architecture artefacts including data flow diagrams, threat models, and transition-to-support documentation.
  • Provide guidance on identity linking, account migration, and user lifecycle processes.
  • Define operational readiness requirements including monitoring, deployment strategies, and support documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale digital identity or security programs.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services including Azure AD B2C, API Management, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB.
  • Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), RBAC, and delegated authority models.
  • Experience with Trusted Digital Identity Framework (TDIF), myGovID, ABR, and ASIC integrations.
  • Background in information security, privacy regulations, and risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
