Job Opportunity

This is a pivotal role in the development of a secure, scalable, and user-friendly identity solution for individual and organisational users.

  • The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of a large-scale Customer Identity Management (CIAM) platform built on Microsoft Azure.
  • This CIAM platform will encompass Azure AD B2C custom policies, API Management, Cosmos DB, and delegated authority patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the integration of identity services with legacy systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Develop and maintain solution architecture artefacts including data flow diagrams, threat models, and transition-to-support documentation.
  • Guide delivery teams on identity linking, account migration, and user lifecycle processes.
  • Define operational readiness requirements including monitoring, deployment strategies, and support documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale digital identity or security programs.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services including Azure AD B2C, API Management, Azure Functions, and Cosmos DB.
  • Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and delegated authority models.
  • Experience with Trusted Digital Identity Framework (TDIF), myGovID, Australian Business Registry (ABR), and ASIC integrations.
  • Background in information security, privacy regulations, and risk management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
