Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate project deliverables and operations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that all project requirements are met, and that any issues or challenges are identified and addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage construction programs and schedules
  • Regularly forecast and manage costs, including preparation of tender packages and subcontract agreements
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings and provide regular reporting to clients and stakeholders
  • Liaise closely with clients to ensure that projects run smoothly and are delivered to program
  • Prepare, review, and complete subcontractor claims and variations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) requirements
  • Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
  • Provide technical advice and support as required
  • Assist with tendering and estimation processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing construction and refurbishment projects
  • Strong understanding and appreciation for heritage building conservation
  • Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities
  • A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety
  • Commercial acumen and programming and planning skills
  • Contract awareness and cost tracking experience
  • Ability to positively influence, develop, and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Self-managing while working well in a team environment
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
