Customer Order Manager

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing paper orders, monitoring stock and communicating any issues as needed. This role has significant interactions with other internal teams within Opal. For external interactions with customers outside of Opal, the main responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing stock management oversight and reporting on paper stock movements
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders
  • Responding to customer queries regarding products, pricing, and delivery in a timely manner
  • Monitoring despatch operations at all mills and warehouse sites, including export wharf deliveries, interstate road/rail deliveries, and local deliveries
Requirements:
  • Advanced excel skills, specifically in reporting and analysis
  • Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong ability to work effectively with large amounts of data and build productive working relationships both internally and externally
  • A good understanding of ERP systems is advantageous
