Onshore Wind Project Manager Specialist

- Project Management: Lead and manage onshore wind projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Team Development: Develop and manage a team of professionals to deliver projects efficiently.
- Resource Identification: Identify resources needed to deliver projects and propose solutions to meet project objectives.
- Innovation: Propose innovative solutions to improve project delivery and efficiency.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in engineering/project management in a professional environment related to onshore renewable energies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects, industry reputation, and network in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian Standards, Supply chain, grid, and Construction challenges.
- Experience in negotiating and executing complex construction contracts (EPCI and BoP) is beneficial.
- Varied and challenging tasks with high autonomy and empowerment.
- International working environment with flat hierarchies and motivated team.
