The Site Manager reports to the Area Manager and is part of a highly engaged team. In this rewarding role, your focus will be on delivering outstanding quality homes that meet our customers' needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating resources and trades to ensure timely construction of homes
  • Ensuring homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved plans
  • Inspecting completed work to maintain a high standard of quality
  • Delivering homes on time and within allocated timelines
  • Ensuring safe construction practices and adherence to company processes
  • Liaising with customers and council to provide exceptional service
  • Managing documentation and paperwork throughout the building process

You will share our purpose and be aligned to our core values. Additionally, you will demonstrate:

  • A Building Trade Certificate or tertiary education in Construction Management
  • 5 years' experience in residential project home construction
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers
  • Extensive knowledge of residential home construction methods and practices
  • The ability to identify defects or problems proactively and take corrective action
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and planning abilities
