About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Valuer to join our team in Adelaide. As a Residential Property Valuation Specialist, you will play a key role in conducting valuations and preparing high-quality reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct property valuations and prepare detailed reports within stipulated time frames.
  2. Analyze market activity and assess comparable sales data.
  3. Utilize mobile technology for field inspections.
  4. BUILD effective business relationships internally and externally.
  5. Maintain quality reporting standards and adhere to audit processes.

Requirements:

  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification or Residential Property Valuer (RPV) qualification.
  • API Membership, Certificate of Compliance, and Risk Management Certificate.
  • Proven experience completing property valuations.
  • Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
