Product and Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Pricing Specialist to join our team at Shell Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing product and pricing administrative tasks, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Product Management: Develop and implement product strategies to meet business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and operational capabilities.
- Pricing and Data Management: Own and manage product data and changes via our Flux backend system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and commercial outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product, Innovation, Sales, and Marketing teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement: Analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement changes to drive business growth and improvement.
- Pricing and Product Knowledge: Proven understanding of pricing and product management principles, preferably within the retail energy industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with people across the business, including senior management.
- Analytical and Intellectual Reasoning: Sound analytical and intellectual reasoning capabilities, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
