About the Role

This is a key leadership position within the Retail Division, responsible for managing the integration of pricing strategies across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of retail and commercial products and pricing, as well as experience in pricing or product portfolio management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all pricing integration activities, including pre, during, and post-migration activities, to ensure seamless integration of pricing strategies across the organization.
  • Develop and implement a structured operating rhythm with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress throughout the integration process.
  • Grow and maintain high-value internal networks across the organization, and maintain effective working relationships with peers and key stakeholders.
  • Provide input into target product state strategy and conduct in-depth strategic reviews into pricing structures as per the target state product strategy.
  • Conduct data analysis, migration scenario simulations, and stakeholder engagement activities related to migration efforts.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance and optimize pricing strategies by leveraging advanced data analytics capabilities.
  • Assess the quality of customer and pricing data and ensure accurate mapping to data assets.
  • Monitor post-migration margin and mix changes, and recommend corrective actions if necessary to ensure profitability and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of retail and commercial products and pricing.
  • High commercial acumen and financial literacy.
  • Highly curious with a proactive nature, able to draw insights from a wide range of internal and external sources.
  • Confident communicator, with ability to articulate concepts to varying audiences, coupled with ability to simplify complex concepts for others.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Prior change management and/or integration experience.
